We offer shipping service internationally, to over 200 countries and islands.

What is the shipping time?

These are our estimates of how long it takes to ship to various locations.

Do you send tracking information?

When you receive your order confirmation email, you can track it here. Track order here.

It usually takes 1-4 business days for the tracking information to be updated on the system. Please contact us for any issue regarding this.

Will my items be sent in one package?

Items on the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages.

ORDER CANCELLATION

An order can be canceled up to 12 hours after it is placed. We must hear from you within 12 hours after payment if you wish to make a change or cancellation. It can no longer be cancelled once packaging and shipping have begun.

REFUND POLICY

Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority. 

You can request a refund or a reshipment if you did not receive the product within the 45 day timeframe (45 days not including 1-4 day processing). A refund can be requested if the incorrect item is received. A refund can be requested if you do not want the product you have purchased.

You are protected when:

  • We were unable to receive the item you ordered within the time promised by the seller.
  • You received a defective, wrongly ordered, broken item.
  • The package does not contain all of your order.

Refunds or reships will not be made in the following circumstances:

  • You provided the wrong shipping address and that’s why the package has not arrived.
  • An exception (i.e. delayed by a natural disaster) has delayed your order.

We accept returns within what timeframe?

Returns must be shipped back to us within 30 days from the date you your package is delivered.

Where is responsibility for the return of a product?

We will provide a pre-paid label for anything that was damage, miss printed, or defective. For all other cases, return shipping cost are the responsibility of the customer.

When will you receive your refund?

Return merchandise will be inspected and approved or rejected by our inspection department. You will receive your refund within 3-5 business days after your request for a refund is processed.

If a product has been worn, washed within the last thirty days, or if it has been washed more than 30 times, we cannot accept return or exchange.
