At Sukajan Shop, we make every effort to get your purchase to you quickly and securely. Please review our shipping and returns policies below. We offer shipping service internationally, to over 200 countries and islands.

What is the shipping time?

Shipping times are estimates only. Certain delays may occur during peak seasons.

This is not included in our processing time 1-5 days.

You can request a refund or a reshipment if you did not receive the product within the 90 day timeframe (90 days not including 1-5 day processing). A refund can be requested if the incorrect item is received.

Do you send tracking information?

When you receive your order confirmation email, you can track it here. Track order here.

The tracking status“no info at the moment”.

It usually takes 1-5 business days for the tracking information to be updated on the system. Please contact us for any issue regarding this.

Will my items be sent in one package?

Items on the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages.

REFUND POLICY

We want you to love your purchase!

You can request a refund or a reshipment if you did not receive the product within the 90 day timeframe (90 days not including 1-4 day processing). A refund can be requested if the incorrect item is received.

You are protected when:

  • We were unable to receive the item you ordered within the time promised by the seller.
  • You received a defective, wrongly ordered, broken item.
  • The package does not contain all of your order.

Refunds or reships will not be made in the following circumstances:

  • You provided the wrong shipping address and that’s why the package has not arrived.
  • An exception (i.e. delayed by a natural disaster) has delayed your order.

We accept returns within what timeframe?

Returns must be shipped back to us within 30 days from the date you your package is delivered.

For defective or damaged items, please contact us right away and we will arrange for a replacement item or refund.

If a product has been worn, washed within the last thirty days, we cannot accept return or exchange.
